Do I get warranty on virus removal?

Because viruses are a very common issue, the warranty service doesn’t apply to viruses. Even with an antivirus, its possible that your computer could get infected if you don’t let the program scan your files accordingly.

Can I Get A Refund?

Refunds are only applied if we didn’t fix the issue if we find other related or unrelated issues and those are fixed, the charge will be applied to that service.

Example: You had a graphic issue and called us, we fixed the issue but you also had software installation issues, we fixed that too and later you called about the graphic issue again and want a refund. We can only refund you partially, not all of it due to the second issue fixed.

I dont want anyone to remote to my PC

You don’t have to let anyone remote to your computer. Just bring it into our Elkhart location and we can service it there. We do a free diagnostic on the computer and provide a service ticket so you can keep track of the repairs.
